With this maintenance contract you’ll be covered for all callouts, no matter the time of day, repairs, parts and your annual service. So that we can ensure a completely hassle-free experience when taking out an extended warranty with us, you don’t even have to keep a note of when your annual service is due! We will get in touch to let you know that it’s time to have your lift safety checked and book a time at your earliest convenience.

It is recommended by safety standards to have your home lift serviced every year to make sure that it is running safely and smoothly, which will prolong its lifespan. This safety check should only be completed by a professional who can check everything is in good working order. They will service all safety mechanisms and test the batteries. By having your lift serviced you may be able to prevent any future breakdowns as our engineers will also check out parts for wear and tear and discover if anything may need replacing.

When you book in your service, our knowledgeable and friendly engineers will carry out the service in about an hour. If you have a home lift that wasn’t installed by us, we may still be able to service it for you, depending on the make and model. An annual service will cost £150, unless you decide to take out an extended warranty with us, in which case it will be included in the cost of your warranty.

Did you just buy a home that has come with a lift that you don’t need? Or perhaps you need a lift removing in your own home? We can help! Depending on the model, age and condition of your lift model you have a few options, these include us removing your lift for free, offering to buy your lift and removing it or charging for a removal. Upon removal it’s your responsibility to make sure your lift is disposed of correctly.

If you use a removal service, you should check to see if they carry a Waste Carrier Licence to ensure your product isn’t fly tipped as this is a criminal offence. It is not recommended to try and remove your lift yourself as this can cause serious damage to not only you but also the structural integrity of your home as the aperture will be reopened during removal.
